Hi Kassi,

We often associate our earthly fathers with our heavenly Father. But, God is not a fallable, human being. His love is different from the worldly "love" we are led to believe is real. His is pure..and unconditional. Also, sister, forgiveness doesnt mean what was done is right or even ok.....it means that you wont be a slave to it...you will let God be God and use His infinate wisdom and judgment based on His complete knowledge of the hearts and actions of His children. He knows why we do the things we do. Your father has the same enemy working against him that weall have. We know God's forgiveness and healing...His grace. We forgive because we are forgiven. Ask the Lord to help you. Decide...it is a decision...decide you will give the judgment back to God...and let Him be God. He will help you. When the anger comes back, pray more...and decide again. Whatever has taken place in your life can be used by the Lord to reach out to others. And, in that, God heals us more and more...
