I'm Halfway in Step 7

Postby favored1 » Wed Dec 08, 2010 12:37 am

Awesome!
:)
Earlier today, I didn't feel as excited about the 14 day program as I did a other 6 days. But, I was determined to take it day by day and boy am I glad I did. Stepping Stone 7 was just what the doctor ordered. Stepping Stone 6 was about renewing my mind and Stepping Stone 7 shows me how to get rid of the weeds (problems) that are in my garden by getting to the source of the problem and rejecting the lie and establish the truth. So that other weeds won't come into my garden, I can also do this procedure with ALL bad thoughts within or lies from this day forth. Isn't that a Blessing from God, learning to pull down strong holds? Hallelujah!

I'll see you all in the forum on tomorrow.

As always, keep me in your prayers, as I keep you in mine.

Hello Favored1 :)

God bless you this day.

Yes! Step 7 has always been my favorite one too, but I also know that it would not have had the impact on me had it not been for the previous 6 Steps. So cool how that works.

You are doing well with the Steps -- keep up the commitment to Him.

God bless and keep you.
In Christ Jesus' love,

Hi Favored1 *hug*

I love watching how the Holy Spirit works. Even when we dont feel like going on..we gotta keep going. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. By your choosing to keep going, your spirit was blessed by what the Lord had to show you in the next step, and your flesh lost this one!

This is another one of my favorite passages...taking our thoughts captive and casting down imaginations...and the pulling down of strongholds. The battle is in our minds....take those thoughts and throw em out with the trash...you are so precious to Him. The abundant life He has given you is on of peace and assurance in His grace and love for you, no matter whats goin on around you.

God bless you..keep going.

In Jesus,
love momo *Halo*
