Day 4 - The Path
As I read the words below in day 4 of The Path my heart was deeply stirred....please read below:
How can being unforgiving hurt you? It's in your subconscious mind if you haven't completely forgiven someone for something. Your mind knows what level you've assigned to each act of forgiveness you've granted. You don't think about it all the time, but the knowledge of it is there. This can cause bitterness in your spirit that can affect other parts of your life. Your faith will feel like it's tainted with guilt. That's because you're being measured by God with the same forgiveness scale that you're using. Your lack of trust in your offender can cause you to be untrusting of others as well. Until you completely release your offender from his sin, you'll remain in the same net that you've put that soul in.
I cannot tell the number of people in my past that I feel I can never forgive. I struggle with trust issues everyday. I struggle to accept God's forgiveness because I can't forgive myself. I pray for the wisdom and willingness to allow God to do what ever needs to be done in my heart and life to bring me to Peace.......

His blood shed so all could taste forgiveness.
I pray with you dear sister that you can release those that have offended you and release yourself as well. It is the path to peace. It is pleasing to the Lord.
I know some offenses are huge. But those who committed them are just pawn in this spiritual battle we are in. The words I use/used is the words of Christ, "Father forgive them for they know now what they've done." Some say yes they do know they were hurting me when they said or did such. I say they don't know the extent of their sin, that it crosses spiritual boundaries and touches the Lord our God.
God bless and keep you.

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.

living4Him...forgiving others does not mean that you are saying what they did was ok, nor is it saying that they should be allowed to do it again...what it does is set you free..right now you sit bound in chains...and you and only you hold that key to freedom...so time to hand the key over to Jesus and let Him open the lock and set you free....come on you can do this.
luv ya

Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.
