Hi Silvia!

I'm glad to see you started Day 1! This time of year i always get excited about new beginnings. I want to encourage you to keep up with the cool christian counseling... i had a couple false starts myself when I did it but once I committed to doing the program completely as it's written... including the blogging and the charts... it changed my life. I've been considering going through it again to review, and since you're just starting it now you've inspired me. I'll start today and you can motivate me to keep up with it!
