I really, really like this step. Nailing the doubt thing was awesome. I am a visual person, so having the mind chart and writing down thoughts/beliefs and throwing them out is a great tool for me. I have been going back over steps and working on my miracle grow. I feel stronger than I have and more at peace. I am very, very thankful for this free program. As was stated in the 7th step, free does work. Jesus gave us himself - free.

I struggle with the Miracle Grow some days, but just try to remember that none of us are perfect. Like you, I am very thankful for this program. It has cleared my thinking in a number of ways. Peace be with you. Debbie
