Day 5

Postby abeliever » Tue Jul 17, 2012 7:39 pm

I come to realize reading stepping stone #5 that This is my struggle. I need Patience to overcome the trials I am facing. I need to know that Patience endure faith and Perseverance. Trials prove Faith.
I always believe I had great faith, that was my gift but now that I am going through trials and tribulation in my life its hard to have patience. God put the word perseverance in my mind and I know what he wants from me.
because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.-James 1:3(NIV)
You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. -Hebrews 10:36
Not only so, but we[a] also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.-Romans 5:3-4
1 Peter 1:6-7 speaks to me I know what I must do through these trials that I am going through. Hold on to my faith and wait patiently for the Lord to act. What comes into my mind is let go and let God. I pray God will give me patience to wait on him.
Please pray for me as well. Thank you.

Hi abeliever!

A lot of times we do know exactly what we need to do, but it's doing it that sometimes gets challenging. You are on the right track....continue to pray for that patience which establishes faith! God knows your heart and he knows your weaknesses and strengths. I will definitely pray for you, that God gives you exactly what you need plus more!
Galatians 6:9 "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up"!

Our trials and tribulations are something to rejoice about! 1Peter 1:6-9

May the good Lord bless and continue to keep you in Jesus name!

God Bless
