miracle grow is on the way and im working on it for this upcoming month its amusing to me that the new year is beginning this will be my new years resolution this among many of course. now this whole thing about being the Temple of God. can somoen please explain maybe a bit more please? i would like a bit more clarity to make sure i am understanding it correctly. the chart of evicting lies and placing truth in there both mentally and physically is something i plan on doing very soon i think it will help. Becky says i have a lot of things that i think of myself as that are not true that were placed there by people in my life who did not truly love me let alone love the Lord. so i continues on and i will keep this up. please continue your prayers i feel the change beginning but i know that i am only half way there. but with the Lords help i know i can do this. thank you God bless you all.

Hello SeekingGod :)

God bless you this day.

Yeah, Step 7 -- one of my favorite Steps. Woot woot!!!

You said:

Well, I will try. :)

When you prayed and received Christ Jesus as your Saviour -- acknowledged that He is the Son of God and that He died for your sins and all the sins of the world and that God The Father raised Him up / resurrected Him, and that He lives and reigns with God The Father in Heaven -- at that moment, The Holy Spirit of God took up residence inside you. It is often called the indwelling of The Holy Spirit. Therefore, you are now called a Temple of The Holy Spirit, because He now dwells inside you.

Jesus told the apostles that when He left, that God would send The Holy Spirit, to guide, to counsel and to comfort them. That blessed gift is given to everyone that receives Christ Jesus as Saviour. Therefore, all Believers and Followers of Christ have The Holy Spirit inside them, and He will help them in their new life in Christ. We now have access to The Lord, and His power and His fruit of The Holy Spirit. (See Galatians 5:22-23).

I hope this helps you, SeekingGod. If you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to ask them, and I or someone else will prayerfully seek to help answer your questions, by the leading of The Holy Spirit. Remember, The Holy Spirit will lead us into all Truth.

God bless and keep you, SeekingGod.
In Christ Jesus' love,
Sister Mack

Replacing those lies can be very difficult but well worth the effort. Keep at it. God is renewing you. *hug* I'm glad you have Becky to share these things with.
*angel7* Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.
