Never forget that we ALL fall down as we sojourn down this Christian Walk. The trick is to get up and carry on fighting the good fight of FAITH. journal day 2

Postby futurediary » Tue Dec 06, 2011 10:54 am

Im lost and alone it is my own doing, i caused more pain and suffering to my wife more than myself which is tearing me up inside. i know these 14 days is never going to be enough to heal the pain and everyone believes we should split apart but i made a decision to marry her and i want to keep that promise. she is my sole reason for living i would not have a place to live if it were not for her, food and a sense of well bieng and i have ignored it for so long that i felt the need to cheat on her. i was so ignorant toward her, and hurt her so much that i fear she will no longer be the same wonderful person she is. i want to make life better for us and the world around us. Im going to keep on this program, I can no longer live my life the way i have been and im taking full responsibility for my actions. i don't want this situation to kill both of us.

Hello Futurediary :)

God bless you this day.

Welcome to Christianity Oasis. I am so glad The Lord led you here, and you have chosen to do the 14 Day CCCC Study. It's Awesome!!!

You just completed Step 2, wooooohooooo!!! Remember to take all the blessed morsels to heart. Let your mind and heart take in the blessed scriptures in Step 2, and apply it to your life.

There is a particular morsel in Step 2 that really DINGED within my soul when I first read it, and it has stayed with me for many years. Thank You Jesus!!! I've copied it below:

MIRACLE MISCONCEPTIONS

In our minds, we tend to think that miracles are things that happen suddenly ... All at once.
After all, when Jesus healed people, it happened instantly!

There may be many reasons why you have not been able to overcome your problem up until now, but here are a couple of possibilities.

Because of the limits that the world today, and we ourselves, have put on FAITH, we (without knowing sometimes, or willingness to admit it) reserve a little doubt deep inside. Doubt is the opposite of FAITH. That is enough to keep a miracle from happening immediately, or for that matter, from happening at all.

So we must establish FAITH.

The BELIEF in what you want ... NOT what you do NOT want.

let me repeat that last line: The BELIEF in what you want ... NOT what you do NOT want

Think pro-active!!! Be pro-active. Wooooohoooooo!!!

Prayers are rising for you, Futurediary. May God's blessed will be done.

God bless and keep you.
In Christ Jesus' love,
Sister Mack
