More Changes
I know this step has spoken to me in so many ways.. I need to add alot more changes in my life. I need to not keep company with friends or anyone who entice you to sin. I need to surround myself with Godly and nice habits.. renewing of the mind...our consious can really bother us if you belong to the Lord. The guilt weighs heavy. God wants us to follow Him.. learn His Ways..To know when the Devil is tempting you and wanting you to fail or sin. We all sin, since we are not perfect.. but we should confess our sins to God and Get Up and Try Again to follow Our Lord. He has told us what to do. Written His Laws into our Hearts. I have found out I rather read inspirational books then mystery or any other kind of book. I still like bios. and certain novels. The books, music and telvision have soo much sin in them now days.. the cussing.. lusting.. murdering. lieing.. sex and etc. Any wonder we fill our minds with sooo much sin,. instead of the good ideas and thoughts, seeds of evil the Devil puts in our minds and hearts. I got to where I watch news more than movies.. and that shows alot negative and awful things going on in the world. That brings us down and depresses us alot. I have got to learn to read , listen and watch inspirational books, movies, and songs. I have told alot of people here on the site.. I am a big Elvis Presley fan.. I really love his gospel songs..Christmas songs.. but I also like alot of other songs he sings. I have never worshiped or idolized Elvis... I know he was human and had his bad habits like all of us. He was a person caught up in his own fame and I thought he was sad alot. We live in a world with sin all around us.. Christians are in the world but not of this world.. we need to make a difference..in the way we live and act toward others. As the Great Law says. We Need To Love God with All our Hearts and Minds,, and to Love Everyone!!
