Day 5-What is my problem?

Postby Krystal » Mon Apr 12, 2010 8:02 pm

I have alot of problems to be completly honest.
I think we all do.
Mine are...
selfishness
doubt
fear
lack of trust
lust
insecurity/self-doubt
anger

Just to name a few of the biggest ones.
Those are my biggest problems right now that are holding me back from the healing I need, and from the relationship with God that I need.

I'm so relieved to finally understand what my problems are and why they are.
I dont have them because something is wrong with me. I'm not pyschologically messed up because of my past or anything like that. I only have these issues because I allowed satan to give them to me.
I found a comfort in feeling these, I was used to them and I knew them very well.
This hope, happiness, and relief...not so much.
It a bit foreign to me and that scares me a little bit, but I love every bit of it and I want more.
Thank you God for opening my eyes to the manipulation of satan.
Thank you for showing me that there is nothing wrong with me and I am not causing these issues in my life I am only allowing them.
Lord, thank you for giving me the strength to turn away from them and leave that at your feet.
Amen.

Amen...standing in prayer with you.

all those things you mentioned in your list, sis...weve all had em. we are all born selfish..and the list goes on. Through His grace, you are free to be the you He already sees you as..the you He created you to be. Keep going...each day you will see more and more.

Hey sis,

I notice you have a list of several things you need to work on in your healing..now choose one thing at a time, and ask God to help you grow less of being that way..and then find things that counteract the problems and replace them with good fruitful things instead.

I am praying for you too sis.

luv ya
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.
