Posted: Tue May 25, 2010 9:46 pmseveral times i have posted about being in an unequally yoked marriage. i love my husband but i did not seek the face of God before marrying him. oh boy, am i paying for it now! he is not abusive physically, but he has emotionally all but divorced me since i began to walk the path of righteousness.
i will not use this forum to complain about my problems, but i want to give glory to God because HE has given me strength to endure the pain of bein completly alienated from the one most dear to me.
oh but how he knows!
did not GOD the father turn away from Jesus as our sin was imputed to him? the eternal one who was always in the presence of the father had to endure that agony and suffer for creatures so unwrthy as we?!
blessed are they that are persecuted for righteousness sake.
jesus said rejoice and be exceeding glad for great is your reward in heaven.
thank you LORD, for you know the pain i feel and make intercession for me. thank you for the comforter, who fills the emptiness and helps me to live out my faith in the midst of suffering.
