error in loading chat room

Not sure this is the right place for this or not but if not I gueess yall will move it. I ccant seem to get into the chat room, not sure its on my end but it could be, I updated all flash and java and it says error in loading the room. I tried on all browsers. everything esle is wroking oops sorry bout my typos.

Hi Butterfly,
Try clearing your flash cache as that may help:

Thanks Phantomfaith, altho It didn't solve this loading issue. What else can I try? Would it be because of a debugger issue? I have that issue.
