my little pup, is growing daily, not the runt no more
he is full of spirit, not afraid of the world...

as I watch him, i wonder why no one wanted him
was it only because as a baby, he was weaker , and in nature so poor

Wasn't that you and I, when Jesus found us unwanted and lost to the world
Jesus picked us up, and we were fed and we grew, not the runt in the picture, but a priest of His will.

my little pup, isn't afraid any more, he barks at the things I cant see at times, and in watching I have found. He sends his demons running, so why shouldn't I.

Just a runt like me, we have that in common, Someone lifted us from the empty box we were in and allowed us to live. Yes, its true.. Just a runt like me.
