Special memory of uncle/ cousin Jake when i was arounf 12 yearas old some of my family had started going to church
we had a bible study at his house it was at diffrent relatives house this perticular night Jake decided to stay and listen to
the bible study i guess he had been listening to it before only he was hideing he said he was hideing and listening he had alot of questions.
.
He was a devout Catholic as are most of my family he said he belived that Jesus was the son opf God and he died for our sins
he had a hard time beliving that God would forgive him because he was a drunk and killed in the army we all told him that Jesus
forgives all sin and that he understood that he had to kill in the war that was diffrent that doing it to kill on pourpouse he said well
i will never give my life to Jesus.we told him yes you will i told him i know you will because i will be praying that you will.

i felt God tugging on my heart that night to pray for him i prayed for him a long time i was 12 at the time iam 43 now my mother and Kake prayed the sinners prayer together and now he is safely at home with the heavenly father and his siter inlaw that got saved back
when i was 10 years old was there to great him and said we told you so you would get saved and walk through those pearly gates

thats my precious memory it came back to my memory the other day dont give up on a prayer because its not answered wright away
thirty years.\0/\O/\O/\O/\O/

Thanks for sharing that precious memory. It shows the power behind a child's prayer.

Thank you for sharing.

So thankful he accepted Christ. Makes a huge difference when we know.
