Outside Counseling sessions
Was wondering if anyone besides me see a counselor/therapist on a regular basis? I have been seeing mine for little over 3 yrs for major depression and other issues. I see a PA for my meds as well but I have been seeing her almost a yr. Well just thought I would ask

I've been seeing a counselor (social worker) for a few years, off and on. That just ended a few months ago. I have just begun attending a woman's support group and saw a new counselor for the first time Friday.

I've been seeing a sexual abuse therapist twice a week - for PTSD, major depression and DID - for about 3 years now. I've also been seeing a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner twice a month for over a year who dispenses my meds. And I also joined a sexual abuse support group that meets weekly about 3 years ago.
