As I opened the bible to read, two nights in a row, I opened to Ezekiel 45. Division of Land. Hmmmm...just wondering what this chapter is about and what is the significance?? Is it just a coincidence that I opened this page? Anyone have any insight? I will also pray about it as well...

Hello Lyl1114 (((hugs)))

God bless you this day.

While I do not know specifically why God led you to the 45th Chapter of Ezekiel, I can tell you that while the book of Ezekiel can be one of the more difficult books of The Bible to read and understand, there are great blessings in it.

From what I understand, chapters 40-48 of Ezekiel prophetically address the topic of rebuilding the new Temple of God, after The End Times and after Armageddon (in the future) -- the building of the Millennial Temple.

Lyl1114, I have read Ezekiel many times, as well as many commentaries and introductory overviews on the book of Ezekiel, and while it addresses the nation of Israel/ God's people, it also addresses each of us as individuals, in that it reminds us always to love, depend on, and to remain steadfastly faithful to and worship The Lord. I encourage you to read the entire book of Ezekiel, some of the descriptive word visuals are absolutely amazing, which give me Holy Spirit chill bumps. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome.

I hope this helps.

God bless and keep you, Lyl1114.
Love,
Mack

Thanks again, Sister Mack. Yes, I really can't understand. Maybe it was just coincidence. Anyhow, I agree. This whole book is hard. All about instructions and how to follow it EXACTLY. Just makes me think about His grace upon me. If I were to have lived in that era, I wouldn't have survived... *laughter* Thank God I live in this era and thank God for Jesus! *Cross*
