How does the speed limit in the hospital zone that you have been driving through for years magically change from 20 mph to 30 mph, when your 15 year old daughter who just got her driver's permit, drives through it for the first time? And when you go to drive through it tomorrow it will be back to 20 mph again...

she scared me many times...I think the worst one was when we had to go around a curve and take a right in the center of the curve...she stomped the brake in the middle of the turn...I thought she was gonna kill us for sure

Its a mystery that been going on for 15 years !!
