Unconventional
There are many a great preacher, but still one God who reveals mysteries to the most unlearned. How unconventional to take the lame, and make them walk. To take the uneducated giving them words to speak to the multitude. Charles Spurgeon thought to be unconventional is one of many preachers honored for not holding back the words in which he were given. There are many great preachers, but one God. Greater a mans honor if it come from God.
The unconventional
The very breath I take is in the hands of the living God. Each day is new, and some harder than others. The flesh grows weary, and desires care. Naked I am before the Lord nothing in which he can not see. He can see to the innermost thoughts and intents of the heart. He knows every move or motive in which I have. There are things in which should make us blush in regards to our sinful nature. Things in which should bring us low. Things in which should cause us to sob for hours. If we are not broken, and brought low how would we know of the height in which the Lord desires to take us? If we are not stabbed in the side, and tortured how should we know that we are vulnerable? We are, but men and or woman. The Lord is our strength and if for one moment you are caught up believing anything other may you blush.
May, you realize that it is not by your power, and or strength
2 Corinthians 12:9
9And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
"Blushing is the colour of virtue. " Matthew Henry
Discipline/Obedience the training of the mind never by our own power and or strength but threw desire given. The desire in which to worship in spirit and truth to blush for all things in which would exalt themselves over the knowledge of God.
2 Corinthians 10:5
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Should we be deaf?
Blush
Beloved- we are yet still called his beloved. Gods delight his royal diadem. His guarded and protected one (Hephzibah)
Where will you go? Where will you flee? In his arms that is where you should be.
"the woman was made of a rib out of the side of Adam; not made out of his head to rule over him, nor out of his feet to be trampled upon by him, but out of his side to be equal with him, under his arm to be protected, and near his heart to be beloved." Matthew Henry
You are near to his heart his Beloved. Maybe, unspoken for in this world and cast aside. Though, God has not cast you aside or has forsaken you. Fall into his arms.
When, you lay down commune upon your bed with the living God.
Psalm 4:4
Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.
God knows you. God calls you by a new name. God has so much to show us if our ears, and hearts be open to him.
I've experienced pain, suffering, torture, and such troubled times. If it causes me to be humble, to love, and to listen then so be it for the Glory of God. We may struggle with a disease that destroys the body. We may struggle with something that burdens us each day of our lives. We may struggle with loss. We may struggle with divorce. We may struggle with addictions. We may struggle with pride. We may struggle with well you name it..What do you struggle with?
Forgiveness
Matthew 18:21-22
Then Peter came to Him and said, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?" Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven."
Would God ask us to do what he has not done himself?
Do not allow your love to wax cold.
Grace
Do you think for one minute you can hide from God? Do you? He knows, and he loves you this is your opporitunity to embrace him. He calls you out if you hear him today. He calls you to himself. There is not one who is able to preach Christ who has not suffered sin. There is not one who does not continue to suffer for Christs sake. Glory to God live in his grace, and breath his holy word.
Ephesians 2:8
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God
Glory to God
