"The righteous man perishes, and no man takes it to heart;
And devout men are taken away, while no one understands.
For the righteous man is taken away from evil, He enters into
peace." (Isaiah 57 1-2a)

We listen to the news and we recognize all the evil in this world. The leaders of countries, in our towns and cities, on our streets, in hearts of people we know. And if we let satan get a foot hold on us then we also can allow evil to have its reign.

But God has a promise. We will be taken away from evil and we will enter into peace. My hubby now is living in peace forever with Jesus.
We too will enter into peace if we know Christ as our Lord and Saviour.
Maybe some of us will die here on earth and maybe some of us will be raptured up into Glory. But we WILL be taken away from this evil and enter into peace. Peace comes from Christ. He alone can give us peace. Everlasting peace. Not of this world. But the peace that only comes from knowing Christ as our Lord.

Glad I can get back on the internet. After fooling around with it myself I messed it up worse. Of course my Network Administrator son-in-law fixed it in 5 minutes!
