Psalms 31:24
Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.

I thank God for the promises He gives us in His Word. During the rough times of life these promises are written on our hearts. We are reminded of them. We must hold fast to them. Like Peter when he started to sink while attempting to walk on the water out to Jesus; We too must hold fast to the truth that our help comes from our Heavenly Father who made heaven and earth. Before we were in our Mothers womb He knew us and had a plan for us. (Jeremiah 1:5)
He knew the trials and tribulations I would need to go through for His name sake. Even though the loss of my husband is so very hard to endure. I know it was part of God's plan and He sees the whole picture.
