Ok, I hope I am doing this correctly.

Tuesday March 15
Breakfast ... coffee *4 cups*, glass of ovaltine with Almond milk (like soy)

Snack, .. banana

Lunch... LARGE salad (about 4 cups of lettuce, 2 hard boiled eggs, and grilled chicken breast) with just about 2 tablespoons of fat free honey dijon salad dressing
24 Ounces of water, 20 ounces of water with acai berry . blueberry and pomegranate juice mix (fat and sugar free)

Dinner, I don't eat after 6 pm so my 'dinner' each night is a glass of red wine and cheese (just enough cheese cut into chunks to cover your palm)
Then fiber drink at bed time and 20 more ounces of water!

Yes you are doing it right. The only thing you are missing is your mood when you are eatting.

Day 2 3/16/11
Not sure where to put the mood but, my mood now is curious, if that can be a mood, and when i eat, not sure, its the same as I usually plan my next day in my head over my lunch/diner.
(2) 20OZ Water, about 4 cups of coffee, Iced coffee (32 oz) made with 3 oz frazze, 8 oz water, 8 oz almond milk.

Lunch/Dinner: Large taco salad (one head of lettuce shredded by hand, 1 cup soymeat crumbles, 4 tablespoons medium salsa, 2 tablespoons lowfat sour cream, 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese.)

20 oz more water now with lemon in it and will have the usual glass of wine tonight before bed and 12 to 20 oz of water with fiber in it (mmmm berry flavored, ok, it's not all that great but it doesn't taste like cardboard either lol.

Day 3 I think it is now. 3/17/2011
4 cups of coffee, my ovaltine with almond milk and 20oz of water.

Large salad, with shrimp, 3tbs or so of greek salad dressing, onions and bell pepper.
(2) 20 oz of water , one instant coffee (yuk) and 1 apple.

Snack, a navel orange, and a chocolate milk (chocolate almond milk), about 12 oz.

Tonight, in a little bit, my very berry flavored fiber in about 14 oz or so of water.

My mood is, VERY happy, well, except for the aftertaste of that instant coffee, they really should do something about that stuff LOL.

Day 4.

COFFEE as usual, 4 cups.
Iced coffee with skim milk
2- 20 oz water with lemon
salad with grilled scallops
32 oz of water (was doing yard work)
ovaltinei with vanilla soy milk, medium glass
berry fiber drink

Day 5.
Coffee, 3 cups
20 Oz water with lemon
salad with shrimp and lemon juice instead of dressing
20 more oz of water
glass of red wine (can I say that? )
Fiber drink

Day 6.
Coffee 5 cups (my brain didn't want to wake up)
20 oz water , nothing added
pizza with friends (5 slices, 3 were garden, 2 were roasted chicken)
2 brownies, 1 apple cobbler dessert slice
ovaltine with skim milk
berry fiber drink.


Day 7
Coffee 3 cups
2 - 20 oz water, one with lemon
salad with grilled tuna and lite sun dried tomato dressing
grilled onion slices on top of it.
20 oz water
an instant coffee
glass of red wine
berry fiber drink.

wrap, (lettuce, salsa, soy meat, cheese in a flour tortilla) (2 of them)

the berry fiber with 20 oz water

20 OZ water
iced coffee with vanilla and choc almond milk.

2 pretzel rods

glass of red wine
20 oz water with berry fiber


DAY 10

3 cups of coffee
20 oz of water with lemon
same with pomegranate/blueberry drink mix , sugar free.

2 wraps with small shrimp, lettuce, salsa (yeah, didnt sound good to me but it tastes great!)
20 OZ water
iced coffee with vanilla and choc almond milk.

glass of red wine
20 oz water with berry fiber

Friday

3 Cups of coffee
3 - 20 oz water with lemon
2 oranges.
Tuna and salad

3 Cups of coffee
glass of red wine
Berry fiber in 20oz water


...Saturday

4 cups of coffee.
2 - 20 oz water, one with lemon, the othe with acai blueberry pomegranate.
Oyster roast.... 2 hours, steamed oysters with hot sauce (tabasco)

20 oz water with Berry fiber


Sunday
3 cups of coffee
1 banana
20 oz water, nothing added
Taco salad
20 oz water with cranberry pomegranate
20 oz iced coffee
berry fiber in 20 oz of water

Water, 20 oz with lemon, 20 oz with cranberry raspberry sugar free mix.
6 Cookies, thin fudge striped ones.
One apple.

Salad with grilled onion and chicken, fat free sun dried tomato dressing.

Water 20oz with lemon
Glass of red wine
Water 20 oz with berry fiber

Day 13.

Coffee... 3 cups and a half (it was a rainy cool morning what can i say LOL.)
Water, 20oz with fiber, yes, berry flavor.

1 Ramen noodle soup, roast beef flavor, again, hey, it was rainy and cool :)

20oz of water with lemon.

2 - 20Oz bottles of iced coffee with silk soy milk, vanilla flavor
veggie platter (2 carrots, handful of brocolli, handful of cherry tomatoes and 1 apple sliced
with lite ranch dressing.

Glass of red wine
20 oz of berry fiber.

Mood. Hmm my mood isn't dependant on food, or visa versa, and, odd things going on at work
regulating a bit of unstability in my 'security of future employment. Food isn't my comfort, or my
source of mood altering from anything less of great to great. I eat (as you can see) to sustain a
balanced health through nutrition chuck full of fiber and vegetables, protein etc. Oh yes and calcium
coz I am old LOL.

Coffee 3 cups
20 oz water with cranberry mix
Small salad with grilled salmon and raspberry vinegrette dressing.
20 oz water
24 oz iced coffee with soy milk
20 oz water with fiber
glass of red wine.


Day 15
Coffee 4 cups
20 oz water with lemon
Fish and chips
2 large glasses of water with lemon wedges
20 oz water with fiber
glas of red wine

Day 16
Started fish oil omega 3 today
20 oz water with 3 fish oil capsules
Coffee 3 cups
Iced Coffee 24 oz
Large salad with grilled beef tips and fat free three cheese dressing
20 oz water with fiber
Glass of red wine.
