Today makes 3 months of no drinking. Thanks To Gods strength He has helped me not to drink. I have severe panic attacks and had convinced myself that beer was better then the tranquilizers that the doctor gave me. I still panic but not as bad. God has touched me during the last 3 months in so many ways. I just want to say thank you my Lord and King.

Wow. I thank God also for your 3 months of sobriety. I know you accomplished this One Day AT A Time. It brings joy to my heart to see another overcome and share their praise to the Lord. Welcome my new friend here at Oasis. I appreciate your post and hope to see you in chat soon. Check out the COOL calender to see when the programs and studies are. And the staff here are always ready to listen and help. You are not alone wiyh this problem. There are several of us and I see more admitting their problem each day. God opened the door for me to find Oasis and since then I have been blessed and have seen so many changed lives. Remember that we surrender daily to His will and not our own.
