DAY 10 !

Yesterday's lesson was about feeding my sheep. The point that effected me the most was about getting/being prideful as I learn more and more of God's revelation. I have often noticed this in my thinking but truly this summer is the first time in awhile that I am seeing this sin/defect so clearly. If I honestly explain this sin sometimes it's like I completely overlook the fact that someone is a Christian as I judge them for "not getting it." Because "don't you know I got this figured out, God has taught me this !"
Matthew 7:1-2
Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Truly the ground is level for us all at the Cross. It is only through grace that we are saved through faith.
Also, as I was finishing the study I was instructed to make sure I told someone about God's grace as an assignment for finishing this step. I smiled with joy inside as I was later yesterday morning going to speak (share my story) at a meeting for people with mental illness and substance abuse issues.
Praise the Lord for His good, perfect and pleasing will.
Amen
