I love the Holy Spirit, He is my comforter, my friend. However there are some days that I feel him strong and some days that I wonder why I don't feel him as strong.

Hi,
I think the days one does not feel Him as close is that He is wanting us to use our faith and trust in Him.
Just my thoughts.

Hello Remnant (((hugs)))

God bless you this day.

I agree with what Real said:
I think the days one does not feel Him as close is that He is wanting us to use our faith and trust in Him.

We walk by faith, not by sight. Sight is one of the five senses. We also have a sixth sense, too, the awareness of the presence of God, and the spiritual world, but we are justified by faith in Christ Jesus.

II Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Romans 5:1-2 There being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: (2) By Whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Remnant, I know what you mean, though. :) I love feeling His peace and joy. Woooooohooooo!!! But, I know that even if I don't "feel" His presence, that I need to trust Him at His Word that He is still with me. He said in His Word that He will never leave nor forsake me. Yeah!!!

Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. (reference Deuteronomy 31:6,8 also).

God bless and keep you, Remnant.
Love,
Mack

Good Scriptures! Thank you. and I am glad that this is normal. When I don't feel the Holy Spirit - I try to think back to see what I have done wrong or think that I must be doing something wrong.

I have been focusing on Hebrews Ch 11 yesterday..funny. Good confirmation.

Do you think that those called like Moses, Matthew, Mark, Luke, Noah ever had a day where they think: What am I doing? Am I doing this right?
