Step 3

Renewing of the mind is a continual battle with me. This step reminds me that I have to weed out those thoughts with the truth and I do that most of the time, however now I can see that some of these thoughts that cause me to worry are just that: thoughts. Things that I have already given to God and prayed over.

Yesterday a situation came up with my daughter and thankfully, Christianity Oasis Chat room was open and I was able to talk to another Christian which brought me peace.

It started as a thought and became a worry but once I prayed over it, I had peace and it was confirmed by a lady who came into the store and stated what I already knew: My daughter is right where God needs her to be and he will take care of her. Stop helping her so God can help her. (She didn't say those exact words, but I knew what God was saying through her).

Renewing of the mind, weeding out the weeds.

Love it,
Remnant

Hello Remnant :)

God bless you this day.

I'm so happy that you are doing the MCFC Study. Yeah!!! I can see that you are applying the Truth and the godly principles shared in the study to your life. God's Word is so very Good!!!

Amen, on your comment about your daughter. Trust God! :) and don't let worry get a foot hold.

As a mama, myself, I remember praying, feverishly, for my daughter one day, and God telling me to stop praying for her out of fear, and then He reminded me that He loves her more than I do. Ahhhhhhhhhhh and Awwwwwwwww!!! Awesome!!!

We don't need to convince God to love and lookout for our children. God has known them all along -- from before the beginning of time -- and He loves them, perfectly.

God is so very Good!!!

I'm glad you are feeling better, now. The Truth will set you free. Yeah!!! Thank You Jesus \o/ \o/ \o/

The Lord loves you, Remnant.

God bless and keep you, Remnant.
Love,
Sister Mack

Sister Mack,
Thank you for being here.. I KNOW when Christians step out like you have to help other Christians, battles increase for them. It happened with me and the Christian store I opened. I don't know why God would choose me to open this store when there are way more advanced Christians than I, who can do a much better job. I know that I know that I know that this doorway / path was God and I know that he will provide everything - ALL my needs, not just some.

Praying without ceasing, Praising with my mind, body and soul, keeping my eyes on Jesus.

Love you too,
Sister D
