As I continue my journey in learning the TRUTH, the Lord continues to prove to me how faithful He is to His Word and continues to fill me with the Holy Spirit! I have experienced first hand that when you and ask God for whatever; that you must also have Faith that it will be done. Hallelujah God is good!

I prayed for one of my sisters (Elizabeth) in New York who is struggling with the addiction of crack cocaine. I asked the Lord to shut all her doors that she have no choice but to seek Him and know that He is the only way. Now, to others, if I share this prayer with them, they would say that's a tall order and good luck with that. But, I have faith and the Lord knew exactly what was in my heart and I believe all things are possible thru Him. Thank you Lord. I am happy to report that when I called my sister Elizabeth to check on her, she had went back home & said my mother was reading the Bible to her daily and she was reading a book that had uplifting scriptures in it. She said, she had been clean for 5 days now and I became over whelmed with joy because God is sooo good and True to His Word! I was crying Faith is the way; you must believe with all your heart and soul that all things are possible with God!

I love learning the TRUTH and I love this website for making it fun and easy to do so. May God continue to bless all of you who are responsible for making this possible. Thank you Lord Jesus for all that you are and all that you do! I'm looking forward to more TRUTH in MCFC - Step 5.

Faith can move mountains, heal the wounded, open the eyes of the blind, open the ears of the deaf, and bring rain to the land of famine...Faith is what gives us hope to believe in all the desires of our hearts being fulfilled.

I believe that God answers all prayers. And some think we might be a little bit crazy to pray for the things we do...but if we don't pray things can't change...it is through prayers that God is able to move for us.

Hello sleepless

How was your sleep ? J/K

Whoever said God works in mysterious ways , I would like to ask them where they got that idea from ?

It was for the past two days or so , for reasons I didn't know at the time , I'd been reading and contemplating on the issue our Lord's raising the dead vs resurrection , then , last night , the answer came . This morning found me thinking "ok , now that I got it , now what ?"

It is now almost 4:00 PM , and I read this post . Hmm !

Ever occur to anyone that the dead can't ask anyone to be brought back to life ? Dead men don't talk !!
So why did our Lord raised the centurion's daughter or Lazarus from their death ? Let us first note that those two died an untimely death , before their time , so to speak , which means they still had their parents and brothers and sisters around . That it was the sister's and the centurion's request and state of being that our Lord had His compassions set on , right ?

In other words , it was someone else's praying for another .

Our Lord didn't think it weird , why should anyone else ?
