James 5:15-16
15And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. 16Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
amen
thank you

Re: thought for the day
She never slows down.
She doesn't know why but she knows that when she's all alone, feels like its all coming down
She won't turn around
The shadows are long and she fears if she cries that first tear, the tears will not stop raining down
[CHORUS]
So stand in the rain
Stand your ground
Stand up when it's all crashing down
You stand through the pain
You won't drown
And one day, whats lost can be found
You stand in the rain
She won't make a sound
Alone in this fight with herself and the fears whispering if she stands she'll fall down
She wants to be found
The only way out is through everything she's running from wants to give up and lie down.
[CHORUS]
So stand in the rain
Stand your ground
Stand up when it's all crashing down
You stand through the pain
You won't drown
And one day, whats lost can be found
You stand in the rain

Re: thought for the day
So turn around you're not too far
To back away be who you are
To change your path go another way
It's not too late, you can be saved
If you feel depressed with past regrets
The shameful nights hope to forget
Can disappear, they can all be washed away
By the one who's strong, can right your wrongs
Can rid your fears dry, all your tears
And change the way you look at this big world
He will take your dark distorted view
And with His light, He will show you truth
And again you'll see through the eyes of a little girl

Re: thought for the day
my story>>>>your story....truth. come back to where you're supposed to be.
I know that look you're givin' like you got something to prove. 'Cause I have walked for miles and miles in that same pair of shoes. You refuse forgiveness like it's something to be earned. But sometimes pain's the only way that we can learn.
You can never fall too hard, so fast, so far that you can't get back when you lost where you are. It's never too late so bad, so much that you can't change who you are.
Ohhhh, Ohhh, you can change who you are. Ohhh, ohhh.
You believe in freedom, but you dont know how to choose. You gotta step out of your feelings that you're so afraid to lose. Everyday, yeah, you put your feet on the floor you gotta walk through the door, it's never gonna be easy. But it's all worth fighting for.
You can never fall too hard, so fast, so far that you can't get back when you lost where you are. It's never too late so bad, so much that you can't change who you are.
Ohhhh, Ohhh, you can change who you are. Ohhh, ohhh.
Let the ashes fall wherever they land, come back from wherever you've been. To the foot of the cross to the feet of Jesus. The feet of Jesus.
You can never fall too hard, so fast, so far that you can't get back when you lost where you are. It's never too late so bad, so much that you can't change who you are.
See, at the foot of the cross you change who you are. At the foot of the cross you change who you are.
Ohhhh, Ohhh, you can change who you are. Ohhh, ohhh.

"Take Me As I Am"
This time I finally see the
Reason why, I can't do this
Alone, it took some time and concentration,
To believe it, this I know
I need to build my faith sometimes,
But I am so comfortable in line,
I'm up, there's no more time,
To try to mess with this design
Tonight's complete,
Everyone's asleep,
And I wanna say these words to you,
I'll be Your hands, take me as I am,
I just wanna be with You
Take me as I am, 'cause I'm goin',
I was too scared to start,
And now I'm too scared to let go
Take me as I am, 'cause I'm Growin',
But it's so hard to tell when I'm not used to this so
I lift my voice to sing out,
Let the sound of my heart ring out,
These hands aren't holdin' me down,
Never again will I be without
I need to build my faith sometimes,

Isaiah 41:10
‘Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
Luke 12:13-40
13 Someone in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”
14 Jesus replied, “Man, who appointed me a judge or an arbiter between you?” 15 Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.”
16 And he told them this parable: “The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest. 17 He thought to himself, ‘What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.’
18 “Then he said, ‘This is what I’ll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store my surplus grain. 19 And I’ll say to myself, “You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry.”’
20 “But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?’
21 “This is how it will be with whoever stores up things for themselves but is not rich toward God.”
22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24 Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life[a]? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?
27 “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 28 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith! 29 And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. 30 For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. 31 But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.
32 “Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. 33 Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will never fail, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. 34 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
35 “Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning, 36 like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him. 37 It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. Truly I tell you, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them. 38 It will be good for those servants whose master finds them ready, even if he comes in the middle of the night or toward daybreak. 39 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. 40 You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”
People, I love you all. Please listen to His words and continue to share them whenever you can and however you can, as i know you all do. Our savior's return is so very near!

Re: thought for the day
so many many songs in my head today...a sense of urgency! cry out to Him! Give Him all your love and let Him cover you in His!
Jeremy Camp
The Way Lyrics
All creation cried out with longing
With groans only You could comprehend
And with wisdom, You always answer
And give the words of life so unfailing
And Your glory shines all around us
Your faithfulness shown for all to see
When we think of all of Your wonders
The beauty of Your plan that's been revealed
We walk in Your light, we walk in it
Shine, bright
Let Your glory fill this land
Lift high, the King of Kings and great I am
Jesus, You are the way
You are the way
We can see the works of Your loving hands
With a hope and peace not made by man
When You poured out Your grace and Your mercy
And You held out Your arms so we could see
You bled for all mankind and set the captives free
Shine, bright
Let Your glory fill this land
Lift high, the King of Kings and great I am
Jesus, You are the way
You are the way
Na na na na na na, Jesus
Na na na na na na, you are the way
Na na na na na na, Jesus
Na na na na na na

Re: thought for the day
Jesus, thank you so much. You are my everything!
I can feel it all over my skin,
It’s pouring out from the depths within,
Like a river running with no end in sight.
Everything’s right.
You can see it all over my face,
I don’t ever want to leave this place,
When I am wrapped in Your embrace I find that the
search is through,
All that’s left to do is fall into Your arms and give
You all my heart.
Chorus-
All I really want is You.
Nothing better I can find.
All I really want to do is tell the world that You're
mine.
I've been everywhere and I-I-I know,
Without You I have no where to go,
You gave me life and made me new,
All I really want is You.
I can feel it when You say my name,
Like a fire running through my veins.
Hasn't stopped since the day my heart was found.
And everything’s changed.
There’s some things that you cannot hide.
Like the light shining through my eyes,
You can see it even when I’m miles away.
The search is through,
All that’s left to do is fall into Your arms and give
You all my heart.
Chorus
I give it all away, hanging on every word You say.
Your all that I've searched for, and I will never ask
for more.
Take my heart, it's Yours in every way.
Chorus x2

Re: thought for the day
i had a thought for the day about negative words. i fully believe that when we speak negatively we are speaking curses. James 3:10 “Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing." i think by our words we give the enemy power that he doesn't have. if we say out loud of a thing "this is haunted" then we have spoken a curse on this thing. conversely, we can bless it. so we curse the thing and give it power over us that it didn't have. we believe this and the enemy now knows that he is holding this power over us. then we rebuke the enemy and cast him away from us and the item. then will we continue to speak the curse over it by calling it evil after we have asked a blessing on it? if we have blessed it in Jesus' Holy name is it not now holy and blessed? do we have faith? or do we have fear?
i believe the enemy and his demons know us well enough to know when we feel fear and he pokes at us until we show him what is causing the fear and then he feeds on that and thus planted a seed that he will grow into a weed. and the more we strive to follow God the harder the enemy fights to get us back. we need to use extreme caution when we speak so that we don't give the enemy power where he had none. don't let him have a foothold. when you first start to feel uneasy about something silently pray for peace over it so that your apprehensiveness toward it doesn't give the enemy any ideas.
just my thoughts. and some verses about the power of words:
Proverbs 6:2, "Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth..." The word snared is defined in the dictionary as, "Something that serves to entangle the unwary.
(James 3:10)Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.
(Joel 3:10) Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.
(1 John 2:14)I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
(James 3:4-5) Look at the ships also, though they are so great and are driven by strong winds, are still directed by a very small rudder wherever the inclination of the pilot desires. 5 So also the tongue is a small part of the body, and yet it boasts of great things. See how great a forest is set aflame by such a small fire!
(Proverbs 18:21)Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.
Matthew 12:37, "By your words you will be justified and by your words you will be condemned."

Re: thought for the day
i am troubled by people in this world who condemn me for my past mistakes. but i have victory. because i know and believe that God is who He says He is through His Word. That Jesus is the Only Begotten Son of God and He, who was born of a virgin and conceived of the Holy Spirit, died on a cross and rose from the dead on the third day - fully alive - as He promised! Jesus, Messiah, King of Kings saw my sins and chose to give His life in my place so that i could have eternal life instead of the eternal torment that i, as a sinner, deserve. Hallelujah! 1 Corinthians 15:57 But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 8:1 So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.
As i recognize that i am a sinner and confess and repent, He forgives me as He washes me clean in the Blood of my Saviour. 1 John 1:7-9 But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.
We are human and, therefore, we are sinners. ALL of us. not one of us is fit to condemn another for his mistakes! God will judge us, each and everyone! Romans 3:21-26 21 But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been manifested, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus; 25 whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness, because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed; 26 for the demonstration, I say, of His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
Recognize yourself for the sinner you are and the sins you commit. Repent! Ask for forgiveness and turn away from your sins - every time you sin. Galatians 5:19-21 When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
So, you who condemn, recognize yourself as the sinner that you also are. Luke 6:37-38 37 “ Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned. 38 Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.”
Brethren, even if [a]anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted. 2 Bear one another’s burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ. 3 For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 But each one must examine his own work, and then he will have reason for boasting in regard to himself alone, and not in regard to another. 5 For each one will bear his own load.
Forgive and be forgiven. Give up your hate and anger. Give up your sins and quit concentrating on the sins of others and laying blame. This life is temporary - what matters comes next - and time is too short here to waste.
Romans 2: 1-11 1Therefore you have no excuse, everyone of you who passes judgment, for in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. 2 And we know that the judgment of God rightly falls upon those who practice such things. 3 But do you suppose this, O man, when you pass judgment on those who practice such things and do the same yourself, that you will escape the judgment of God? 4 Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance? 5 But because of your stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are storing up wrath for yourself in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, 6 who will render to each person according to his deeds: 7 to those who by perseverance in doing good seek for glory and honor and immortality, eternal life; 8 but to those who are selfishly ambitious and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, wrath and indignation. 9 There will be tribulation and distress for every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek, 10 but glory and honor and peace to everyone who does good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 11 For there is no partiality with God.
Gal 6:1-10 1 The one who is taught the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches him. 7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. 9 Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. 10 So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.
