Many Called, Few Chosen, Step 1

Step one is right on target...already.

I have been given songs from God and I have hidden them away - I've shared one or two, once or twice but for the most part, they are put away. Forgive me. My goal for this week is to get them back out, pray over them and in time - finish them. The ones that are finished - I will ask God to send his Holy Spirit to guide me in what to do with them.

I must pray daily for the Holy Spirit to lead me in what to say to people as they come into the shop....When a person buys a Christian item it is easy to converse, talk about Jesus and pray with them. However when a person comes in for a hunting t-shirt or a candelabra - I need guidance on how to or what to say to not scare them off but to give to them. I already love them - saved or not. Is that enough? I just want to tell everyone - IF YOU ARE NOT SAVED, IF YOU DO NOT KNOW CHRIST AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR - YOU NEED TO AND YOU NEED TO DO IT NOW! THERE IS AN URGENCY THAT YOU DO THIS NOW! DO NOT WAIT! - I think that might scare them....

Lord, let your love and your light shine through me. Forgive me for my shortcomings, my inequities and my daily failures - in Jesus name I pray. I love you Lord Jesus. Amen. I forever thank you for taking what was left of this sinner and using it for your good. Thank you for showing me your love. Amen.
