Psalm 74:9 King James Version (KJV)
9 We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.

Psalms 74:9
BBE 9 We do not see our signs: there is no longer any prophet, or anyone among us to say how long.

These are my thoughts.
People do not have the answers only Jesus has the answers to all we could ask.

KJV 10 O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?
BBE 10 O God, how long will those who are against us say cruel things? will the hater go on looking down on your name for ever?

These are my thoughts.
God has let Satan have his time but He will end it one day.

Psalms 74:11

KJV 11Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck it out of thy bosom.

BBE 11Why are you keeping back your hand, and covering your right hand in your robe?

These are my thoughts.

Sometimes we don’t succeed as God wants us to because we stop following His path for us or try to follow that path without Him.

Psalms 74:13

KJV 13 Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters.

JuliaSmith 13 Thou didst cleave the sea in thy strength: thou didst break the heads of the dragons upon the waters.

These are my thoughts.

We serve a God who has power over the ocean and all its creatures.

Psalms 74:14
KJV 14 Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
JuliaSmith 14 Thou didst break the heads of the sea monster, thou wilt give him for food to the people, to the inhabitants of the desert

These are my thoughts.
God has provided us the earth so He could meet our needs; God is in control over even the things we are not.

Psalm 74:15 King James Version (KJV)

15 Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou driedst up mighty rivers.

Psalms 74:15
JuliaSmith 15 Thou didst cleave asunder the fountain and the torrent: thou driedst up the rivers of strength.

These are my thoughts.
God has power over the water men can not say this, we can just work with the water He has given us.

Psalms 74:17
KJV 17 Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.
JuliaSmith 17 Thou didst set all the bounds of the earth: summer and autumn thou didst form them.

These are my thoughts.
The Lord formed the earth and put everything into its place, no one else can give a valid claim to that.
