So far so good guys. My anger is slowly going away. I almost got angry a little while ago, but stopped mid snger. So, I'm doing good so far. I'm taking this one day at a time. I'm not gonna expect this anger to go away right away. It's not an overnight thing. I did download a journaling app and I'm going to journal each day about how I'm doing. I also did make a 21 day plan to not get angry. 21 days is how long it takes to break a habit. Anyway...
