Modelbuilder's Journal Day 7

This has been a day. Normally I would have gone to church with my beautiful wife and our children this morning, but I stayed home as I am still getting over whatever is going around. Just as we have a Father in heaven loves us we also have an enemy who hates the Father and hates us because we belong to the Father. When we make God's agenda and calling our own and set our faces to seek Him we get not only the Father's attention the enemy shows up as well in some form or fashion to derail us.
My beautiful wife brought home with news from church, something that God had put on our pastor's heart, and though it be a tad difficult in a couple of places we agreed to go through the whole program. It is going to strengthen us as believing individuals, as a couple, as a church and who knows what doors it will open for ministry to those outside the church. As we were eating lunch the enemy struck out at us. I also lost my son today. He had a seizure and completely quit breathing, he has never had a seizure prior to this date. He responded to nothing we did and I watched the colour leave his face, I was not giving up and my beautiful wife was right there besides me helping. She called 911 and I knew in my heart that they would not arrive before my son had gone home. My beautiful wife called out and on the name of Jesus, what she said I do not remember exactly but I remember her calling on Jesus. My son started to breathe again and as of this writing he is very much still with us.
I am still processing all of the events that transpired this afternoon, and I have no doubts that God will speak to me about them. The Lord is near to all who call upon him. What is impossible with man is possible with God. He is Jehova Ropha - the Lord who heals you. Blessings to you all.

Praise God that your son is still with you. Oh my.

I have almost lost a grandson and I know deep in my heart how that is. Oh my. God bless.
