Stepping Stone 6

. Today I went outside and put in my bulbs for spring I cant wait till spring to see them! Other then that I did some laundry. I found out the other day its a very real possibility that I have fibromyalgia so I am not too impressed. But at least that explains everything that I have been feeling. In the study today I learned about hot the mind, body and spirit communicate to make us feel things emotionally. I never thought of it that way but it does make sense. Also the miracle grow project as well. I am excited about this project because we get to pick our goals. I will go through and print all that out tomorrow.
