Reaching out is something I need to do more often. I'm reserved by nature so it comes harder for me.. but I need to do it, and this chat room is a good way to start

Believe it or not, just smiling at people when walking in a crowd can change the atmosphere too. Don't smile and quickly look away...smile right at them as if you really want them to be happy.
