Hello Alex

Basically I am repeating what's been said already , and also , by way of one solution , I'd like to offer you my experience with a situation similar to yours .

Alex , brother , Life happens !! .. and so do mistakes , and with mistakes , comes consequences . When that happens , I get with two choices left .
1) Is to minimize the consequences . (for there is no escape from it , things are the way they are)
2) Is to rectify the mistake . (to see that it won't happen again , because we don't like the consequences right ?)

Well , in your case , being suspended , is the consequence of a mistake . so , the choice I see that you have is , 1) Ask yourself , "Can I minimize the suspension " ? .
2) How can I take advantage of the suspension ?
First of all , it is not being fired ! So thats a good news right ?
Second , Gives me the opportunity to rectify my mistake , so it won't happen again , plus I will still keep the job .

Here's the thing . .. You're saying quit right ?

I don't know about anyone else , .. but to me , it interprets as , ADDING a mistake to a mistake and facing a greater consequence than I already have , and since I don't like the consequences of the first one to begin with , where would that leave me ?

This too shall pass Alex .

In Christ , our Lord

Hi Alex,

Do your job as if God Himself is watching. Ask yourself "Would God pressure me? Send me to hell if I make a mistake? The answer..No! God is our Father. The Holy Spirit is our HELPER. Do only your best. Do your job for the Lord. He will see you through. Pressure can overtake all of us sometimes. As we speak I am at the library responding to you, under lots of pressure. I have no job at the time, no income, wife (not working also)and 4 year old. Living with my parents for awhile. Satan is trying to drive a wedge between me and my wife. Pressure? You bet. Crying? Lots. I pray God gives you the strenght for today. Do the best you can and stay close to God and His Holy Spirit. He is our Comforter and Guide! If we make mistakes, our Father corrects us in Love. Ask the Lord to help you and He will. Have faith in Him.

little brother alex *hug* luv u :)

You know somethin, i know exactly how it feels to make a mistake. Especially when called to account for it by others. It can cause us embarassment, fear, hurt... But its always good to remember that the Lord allows us to go thru things, good and bad, for a reason.

Mistakes are how we learn brother. Where would we truly be without them? Look at the most sucessful person you know, and you can bet your last dollar they didnt get where they are by doing everything perfect the first time. We make mistakes and if we have the right attitude and allow God to help us thru it, we learn precious lessons that make us stronger and better in the long run.

So dont beat yourself up, and dont allow others to make u feel as tho you are beneath them. Cuz even if they dont share it, its pretty much a given that they messed up a few times in their life also, be it at work or in other areas.

So accept the Grace of God, count this as a life lesson, and keep trying your best :) If this door closes for you, God will open another.

GBU lil bro *hug*
