Hey forgiven sis!

I know exactly how you feel for I have been there a few times *Whistle*

Complacency I have found sometimes causes a bigger wedge between me and my Father than when I totally didn't have my eye on Him. I remember when I did do the CCCC steps it helped tremendously with keeping in Him every moment in some way, as to keep the weeds away after all the digging :)

I'm excited to see your blog sis... you express Him so well thru your words!

Hope to get to catch up with you in chat sometime as well...

Luv ya much,
Susi

Forgiven Yay!!!! Great to see that you have recognized that your relationship with God needs some work, so you can find happiness again. Most people would sit back and blame God for their unhappiness, but you on the other hand know that it's you who have wondered to far off the Path of Light, and need some help getting back on it.

Sis, I can't wait to see the growth that is going to come from you doing the Counseling Steps. Your relationship with God is going to heal, and that complacency you are feeling, will be replaced with some passion and excitement.

You know sometimes we have to reach the point of disappointment, before we can begin to rise again. Your search for happiness, will be found in the Lord, and you already know this, so you are on your way.

Praying for you through the steps. Keep pushing on.

luv ya *hug*

That is awesome that you took this first step. One of the hardest things to do is decide to take that first step and you did. WAHOOO!!!

God is so excited that you are coming back to Him. Don't give up on this 14 day journey. It is awesome trip and you will reap so many benefits by the end.

God bless you,
Pearl

Forgiven, remember Satan is going to battle against you trying to reach out to God and get closer to HIM. Those thoughts about not wanting to do the steps, or continue, those are from all the lies Satan is telling you. Satan will do anything to make you quit.

This is why you have to pray harder, sing those Christian songs louder, read your Bible more. Seeking God's face at all times, talking to HIM, telling Him your thoughts. Share them with HIM sis, as He already knows. Tell Him you feel His presence is far away, and that you need Him to come closer.

I'm glad you are continuing to do the steps. Remember that God is exciting, He is wonderful, He is Holy, He is the ONE, He is your strength, He that is within you is greater than He that is in the world, He is your comfort. I mean look at all the things God is, that in itself is exciting.

Make you a list sis, of all the things you find happy and glorious about God. You might just be amazed. Let God use you sis, to do His work. Reach out to others, and share some of that Jesus in you. Working for God is never boring, yes it can be tiresome, but that's alright, because it's fun and exciting.

Praying for you forgiven.

luv ya sis

Amen

Amen! Grace means so much to me as an unworthy vessel who He chose to love and die for.
Grace, Grace, God's Grace. Music to my soul.

Thanks for sharing.

Isn't God's grace awesome forgiven? We are so truly loved, to have a God who gives His grace so freely. We often don't even deserve the grace that God so readily gives, but He cares so much He gives it to us anyway. I'm so glad we serve a mighty, graceful, and careing Lord.

Keep doing the steps forgiven. Step 3 is done now you are on to step 4 tomorrow.

Hello forgiven, you said it right. It is very difficult to forgive ourselves, due to all the guilt of I should have known better, done better etc. Well we all should, but because we are born sinners, we are going to fall. The issue here is to ask God to forgive you, and then let it go. Yes the past should be a teacher, and therefore you go through it once, and don't keep reliving it, because if you've learned the lesson, and you know it, there's no reason you should have to relearn it, unless you are doing the same things over and over again. If you aren't then you have learned.

Keep doing the steps, you should be proud of how far you have come already.

Have an awesome day in the Lord.

forgiven woooohoooo what a delight to be in love with Jesus. He is definitely worthy of our love for HIM. I can truly say I love my Jesus with all my heart, all my mind, and all my soul. How happy, I am to be in His presence, and I'm sure this is the happiness you were feeling today. I bet the Holy Spirit was right there beside you watching you clean the puppies, and singing

What a joy to be God's child, and I'm so glad you are seeing this again.

Take care and luv ya

Forgiven I'm so happy for you that you've had a couple of good days. The redirection of our thoughts with God's Word is the most powerful weapon we can use against Satan. The Word of God is mightier than any sword, and cuts deeper. You have found what you need to win the battle, and now that you know this, you shall be able to win, win, win.

Keep doing the steps, look far you have come. Hope you have a fantastic evening.
