Day 3

I have forgiven my mom for the way she treated me, and also my uncle for sexually abusing me. (I hope that last phrase is okay to use here.) I have also forgiven others for various things they have done to me. Hhowever, I do find it hard to forgive myself, especially for the sexual abuse thing. I know it wasn't my fault, and that I couldn't help it, but since it continued after I legally became an adult, I feel like I should've been able to stop it. I keep trying to tell myself that I was scared to, for fear that he might've done worse, but my self can't seem to accept it.
I do know that because of the abuse, I'm scared to get close to (near) most guys. If I have to get near a guy who makes me uncomfortable, my nerves tear up and I have been known to start crying.

love is kind,

hello today...I want to say it's sad when someone does something to hurt us, and that hurry carries on into our life for a longtime, and to the point that we feel we should have done something, even though we couldn't. Satan will do that, make us feel like we are at fault, and then make us not forgive ourselves, so we live in misery for that past issue.

I must tell you though, Jesus forgives you and those who hurt you, so I pray that you find within yourself to let it go, and move past Satan's stumbling block. It's not worth the unhappiness, because Jesus has a brighter smile just because HE loves you and finds you worthy of His forgiveness and blood.

luv ya
