Thoughts changed

Postby Ruthk34 » Tue Jul 24, 2012 8:34 pm

I have noticed today how much my thoughts have changed since I have done this study. I imediatly stomp out any negative thoughts before they completly form without hardly having to focus on ejecting them. It's like on autopillot. The thought starts to come in, I see the truth of it, and spit it out almost insatantainiously. When I realised that I was doing this without the focus that I needed before. I paused and went WOW I have Changed. I also shy away from things I see on TV that are not apropriate, that at one time I would have laughed at. For example the preview for a movie called "Ted" or "Teddy" it's the one with a stuffed bear that talks, I was discusted by the behavior in the preview. it was perverse to me and in no way do I want to see that one. It clearly isn't a cute kids story. I see things in a different way now and I am glad of it.

Hey Ruth, it is like the light is on and one can see things plainly. Well kind of like that anyway for me, or maybe I seen things before but did not know what to do about the bad weeds growing in me or the new ones coming in.

That Ted movie you are referring to is clearly coming across with tastless, low morals and inappropreate sexual overtones and suggestions of immoral living and on goings. They try to make it look cute, but the message is there for those who with the Holy Spirit with them.

It sure sounds like you are getting those bad ideas taken care of before they get in your head, good for you.
