[Zemirah]

i tried restarting this a week or so ago and ... didn't. I'm thankful vahn encouraged me in chat though to do this again today.

i know that i have faith, i know that i have belief ... it's all there, God is there .. it's just in my head that things become confused

Hi Zemirah

This is the first step to help. we all need healing and doing this can be a good thing.
We have a enemy that wants and tries to make us feel this way. God says he gave us power, power to walk on snakes and scorpions, power that is greater than the enemy has. So nothing will hurt us. Its hard when you are struggling with so much stuff you feel like you cant handle it I know because sometimes I go through it but we have to remind ourselves that we are not alone because God is right there with us. The closer we get to God and learn his ways the more we will learn how to handle it. You can do this. Try to commit to this and do it for the whole 14 days. I am sure if you do you will get three things out of it, you will feel good about yourself,you will learn and you will be healed.

Hello Zemirah , good to see you here .

This is the way I see things nowadays . This , Spiritual Journey of ours is a Destiny (assigned to us by Him) and not a destination that we assign ourselves TO ourselves , (hence the saying , "we all fall short") . I have fallen "away" from Him , .. many times , and sometimes I still do from time to time . The key for me is (as given to me by Him) is , WILLINGNESS . That is all that is required of us . I needed to teach myself to become willing , regardless whether I think I might or might not "make it" .... that "make it" part had to diminish ... it is NOT about make in it , this (the Spiritual life) , is NOT a theory of a sort , where , if we do this or that we get some points or something , the Spiritual Life is just that , a Life . All we have to do is live it , the best we know how . He asked us to SEEK , He didn't say find . We just seek and He is the One who does the revealing , and right now , it is my opinion that He is doing a fine job on you . and all this implies that He Truly loves and cares about you . Do not go by the standards of other people (ehem ... you ARE people )

Hello Zemirah, blessings to you....I would like to encourage you on the path...I am on day 7 and I was a total mess when I started. I even had bad days during the beginning. But God is working through the path to reach my heart and give me His Truth. You will find, as you go on this path, that He will do the same for you. Even if you don't 'feel' like it, continue in it daily. Soon enough, you will find yourself eager to get onto the next day and the next path. I speak from my own experience. And learning the Truth through the scriptures that are in each path will help you as you go along. This is the most amazing thing I have ever done. God bless you and keep you.
