Stepping stone seven

I like this step. Removing the weeds. I like how specific the map of my mind garden is. It has good plants to cultivate and bad weeds to pull. This will be a useful tool for dealing with my problems and identifying what it is that is eating at me.

My day started out bad. I was very disturbed about my marital situation. I kept thinking and thinking about it. I had to pray and pray, then I would cry in my cubical and feel so alone and hopeless. I think the father heard my prayers and answered them to give me comfort. My mental state was affecting my work so my boss and a co worker pulled me aside and coached me on my work. They had no idea how disturbed I was feeling, they just noticed how crappy my work was. The coaching session helped tremendously and anything that brings peace is from the Lord. Satan breeds destruction while Christ makes things new again. After being coached I was able to focus on my work and the rest of the day was a whole lot better. PRAISE HIM!

I have been slacking on stepping stone six. I do think about the tasks but I haven't printed it off. I do think about doing each tasks through out the day but soon I will forget what is on my list. I need to create an award for myself. I have no clue what I could get as a reward. I live life depriving myself of pleasure and just trying to get by.

Take it one thing at a time. Add a new thing to your schedule and when you see that beginning to work well add another.

I'm glad your day got better. :)
