day 2

Postby tenaj » Tue Nov 30, 2010 7:41 pm

ok this is day two. Didn't work out too well. had a big argument with my husband. Seems like as soon as I try to make positive changes things go wrong. He is not a very nice christian. At least not to me. Here I am hurting and lonely as usual. I was the one to apologize. I always do, even if I am not at fault. I can remember only one apology from him in 20 plus years.
I must stay focused and not look to him for my joy. But he is my husband, he gives little of anything, definitely not the head of this house. Wish I had somewhere to go. My 14 year old daughter is the reason I will not just pick up and run. Anyway i apologize for complaining on this forum will continue the 14 days. Pray for me. Its hard when everything goes wrong in your life.

There is hope. Jesus. Things can change. Through prayer. Continue to pray for him and focus on getting your relationship with God as close as you can.

Praying for you. *Pray*

tenaj, concentrate on yourself right now. Don't let your husband know you are doing anything. And don't try to fix him with you. As time goes on, your light will shine brighter.
I see a change in my husband...and all I have been doing is changing myself.
Keep doing the study...don't give up!
