tina d my journal tohelp me heal day 4 forgiveness

I am still working on this one as there is so much hurt and pain still and even when i do forgive aloud and from the heart i somehow still feel cold. I was going to write more but i am so tired once again i am praing sooner or later a doctor/god/anyone can fix me and yes i am broken,sick,tired and lost....thanks for helping tina :cry:

Tina, I want to make a suggestion, that helped me when I went through this step. I made a forgiveness list and wrote down everyone I needed to forgive and why...and then I put them at Jesus feet...and left it there. This may help you as well.

Tina, you can do this...come back and finish when you have more time.

Tina you didn't go through all this in one day, it will take more than one day to work through it and heal from it. Be patient. God is patient with you as you grow.

I understand the desire to be healed from any source available, but God is the true source that can and will heal you if you continue to seek it from Him.

I am sorry for the things people did to you. I do feel your pain. You're not stuck here forever. It's just a passing as you work your way to a better life.

God is on your side. :)
