Forgive yourself

I don't know what to say on day 4. I don't know what I am supposed to forgive myself for.

sis, the things you hold against yourself...all those things you think you should have been able to control..and if you hadnt done this, maybe that wouldnt have happened...whatever it is you blame yourself for or causes you to carry shame. Ask the Lord to show you if you are holding any unforgiveness...He will show you. Also if you are holding any unforgiveness for what someone else has done to you...choose to forgive, ask for the Lord's help in doing so.

hi wanted :) So where to begin...with forgiving oneself...if there is anything that you continually feel guilty about or blame yourself for...then these are the things you can work on letting go and forgiving yourself...so that you will no longer beat yourself up over them.
