Jill :) That sure sounds exactly like your man to me. Glad you shared. That brought me a smile.

Christianunderconstruction, brother, we are all just that aren't we. Under Construction. His workmanship. His artistry. You are His and she is His to. It will work out in the end. He will see to it. She may slack and fall, but He will bring her back. ;) Saying a prayer for you both. Gods good and perfect will be done.

Thank you for sharing. *hug*

what about him??

Postby huelsingbroad » Wed Dec 15, 2010 7:51 am

his strength. i love his strength. he gave up solid food for nine months last year, enduring the holidays eating only jello, celery and liquid food supplements. he began walking for miles a day and lost over 200 pounds. he has completeley changed his views on food and exercise and is able to do more because. all of his convictions and beliefs are with full head on stubbornness and i can admire that. when he allows his heart to be pierced by the gospel, i know he will stand firm for Christ as well.

I agree with that sister. Another word for stubbornness could be determination. ;)

Determination can get a person far. And when it's used for the good, watch out devil. Things are going to start shakin! *Guitar*

God bless you and your spouse. His will be done in all things.

Thanks for sharing. *hug*

lol sounds like you have one too.

;)

I was thinking today at how I like my spouses sense of humor. He makes me laugh a lot. That's one of the first things I noticed about him when we met was he loves to laugh and make others laugh. Our spouses have something in common. :)

Re: What is a quality in your spouse that you just adore?

My girlfriend is not my spouse yet, but I plan to marry her. I can only marry her in a couple of states because we are a same sex couple. But she is from Massachusetts so we can get married there! :]

I love her sense of humor and her kindness to not only me, but everybody. She is a very loving person. She is my support, and she pushes me to reach my potential. I don't know where I would be without her :]

Re: What is a quality in your spouse that you just adore?

Greetings,

We have been contacted by a few members with concern about a post within this forum.

We want it to be made very clear that this Ministry is about GRACE and we are no man's judge.

Ephesians 2:8-9 ... For by GRACE are ye saved through faith; and that NOT of yourselves: it is the GIFT of God:
NOT of works, lest any man should boast.

Galatians 2:21 ... I do not frustrate the GRACE of God. For if righteousness comes by the LAW ... Then Christ is dead in vain.

Galatians 5:4
Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from GRACE.

Therefore, we ask those who partake of the shared words from souls whom our Lord leads here within this forum (And ALL forums within this Ministry) to accept the shared words as if said post was made by your own child, friend or loved one.

IF you are still unable to grasp the message that I am trying to share ... Try this one on for size:

KNOW that they are NOT your child, but rather ... GOD'S CHILD.

Now ... For those who feel they are God's sword to destroy sin in the world (Of which I have encountered many) ... Ponder on this TRUTH:

James 2:10 ... For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

If you break ONE law you can find within God's Word (The Bible) you have broken them all.

Are YOU sin free?

If so, please send me a letter to: Webservant@ChristianityOasis.com

Cuz you will be the FIRST I have ever met or even read about (Other than Jesus)

We have written a study which you may want to consider reading:

http://www.christianityoasis.com/Keywor ... uality.htm

Maybe this one as well ...

http://www.christianityoasis.com/Keywor ... tStone.htm

Love one another and you have fulfilled God's LAW.

After that ... Let God judge HIS children.

And THIS is the answer to the topic of this thread.

The quality that I absolutely adore, of the one we (Body of Christ) are to become the bride of, is ... His Love and Grace.

When I was not worthy of it. He saw what I would become with but a lil Love, understanding and compassion.

NOT what I had become after many worldly whirlwinds.

Pay forward the same love and Grace you beg our Father for to all whom you encounter and you will fare well.

We need not agree with man's choices to show em the same love, compassion and respect that we expect.

Never know when choosing to take this path ... You can save a soul.

In the end ... Maybe your own as well.

Luv all of ya
Jesus is coming ... Get your soul prepared.

She sounds like an awesome person.

I think the friendship you have found is what we all really want. To be loved to the very depth of our souls and accepted just as we are.

God bless and keep you.

I love how he wakes up and smiles at me every morning

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart;
do not depend on your own understanding.
Seek his will in all you do,
and he will show you which path to take.

The easiest thing I can say is that he genuinely loves me. He offered me his drink simply because it was colder than mine. He would do the dishes even if I should have done them before he got home. He still holds my hand.

A quality that my husband has is how he strives to make our lives better everyday, and hedoes it without complaining and with a smile. I am so gratefull that I have him. Also he thinks he is a comedian so there is never a dull moment in my house.
