The verse that stood out to me in this step is "not by might, nor by power but by My Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts." So since the Holy Spirit is there to help me when I call Him, that is just what I did. I have anxiety problems and going to the Dr is very stressful for me. So that morning, I said, "Ok, Holy Spirit, I know You are stronger than any fear, any problem I might have. I want You to control me and not me try to control myself." And I went on to the Dr. I kept asking Him, "Are You still here?" He would whisper to my heart, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." That kept my fears calm. I walked into that Dr's office calm. Funny thing, when I went to the desk, I got the days mixed up. But I didn't even mind. I knew I could conquer my fears just by saying, "ok Holy Spirit, have Your way in me now." They had to change my appointment for a week later and I don't even feel stressed like I usually do. I thank You, Holy Spirit, that not by might, nor by power, but by Your Spirit, I can do all things through You.

And that my sister is how you overcome...taking Him with you everywhere you go and trusting Him...and knowing His presence surrounds you. You mentioned anxiety...the book of Psalms has lots of comfort in them for this...spend some time reading them.
