Some thoughts I would like to share with you all here...I will do my journaling private but will share some thoughts here from each lesson.

Step 1
So you will have to look within yourself, to find and hear me. If you open your mind and heart to Me, I will share TRUTH with you, and you will begin to understand the depths of the Word of God. I will show you who I AM, and how I work in your life, and how I can change and improve your life and strengthen the INNER child within you.

How much do we as christians want this? Opening our heart and mind is a choice one that I am willing to take. I ask the Holy Spirit to go with me everywhere but sometimes it just stops at that ..don't really converse with him to much after that. He/She is our comforter and are present with us all of the time. It is us who can allow or stop the conversation and interaction with the Holy Spirit
If you really take your time and tell Me all of the details about your life, just as you would to a best friend from childhood that you hadn't seen for umpteen years, this may take quite a long time to catch up to the present, and you will be surprised how much you learn about yourself during the telling. Start all the way back as far as you can remember!

People are always asking me what love is and this best explained it here for me. Never really looked at it this way. Have always used the emotion answer. Now I will borrow this one to share with other.....

You cannot see love. Yet you know it exists. You can see the fruits of love, but love itself is a spiritual matter. It is an emotion, and you cannot see it, you cannot touch it, and you cannot hear it. You cannot record it on a meter or measure it. But you believe in it with all your heart. Love is truly spiritual.

Welcome to the Spirit of Truth study Tam. It's delightful to see you beginning. Thanx for sharing some of your thoughts.

The one thing about Holy Spirit is He loves for us to talk with Him. And I will say He has a sense of humor about Him as well. Just open up and be yourself with Him, and when you see Him move around you...acknowledge to Him that you saw what He did. He will then begin to reveal more and more to you.

Your going to really enjoy this journey sis.

Not only that , I got a classmate that I can agree with .
Yeah I too , keep my journal separate , and , like you only share my thoughts , well actually I only share my experience after applying the "principles" revealed here and share the outcome of that .
Great choice Tam , I know I'm getting a lot out of it , and I can see you already have yourself .

I also agree with you with on " love is spiritual " , and it also is an action word , as you put it , cant see it , cant hear it etc. on and of itself , but you , well at least I , see it through others and what's going on around me by actions taken through the Spirit in ppl and events that surround me .

To quote mlg , you are going to enjoy this journey .
