If you still have no success.... please send him a message... either via email @
phantomfaith@ChristianityOasis.com

or through Forum Mail... aka Oasis Mail here by clicking the link at the top of the page, on the right looks something like:

"You have 2 messages"

Then click "New Post" at the top of your list of new messages and type
" phantomfaith " (no quotes) then fill in subject line... "Chat is grumpy" or whatever ya like and the message... be sure to include any error messages you have gotten (if you can recall such) as this will help him find the glitch.
