I kept them in my heart

I remember Your words spoken to me
How i kept them in my heart
I never let them go
Never had the intention or even the thought

I learned that who i was then was not enough
But Lord You've molded me and it was tough

Your words and promises I treasued, kept them with me at all times

Reminded myself that it was and is all for good
I was going thru the fire and tru it all i stood

Thank You Lord, You never left my side
You were there with me all this time

I feel your presence everyday
Thank You Lord, I never dreamed life could feel this way!
