IMPOSSIBLE GOLDEN CHEESEBAKE
I don't know why this one is called impossible....afterall I can make it! here goes...
1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups diced onion
1 clove chopped or crushed garlic
1/4 teas pepper
1 teas salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup bisquick mix
3 eggs (or egg subs equiv)
Brown beef, onion and garlic together and drain off fat.
Add pepper and salt to browned beef.
Spread beef mixture into greased 10 inch pie plate. (I use a deep one)
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of mixture.
Mix milk, bisquick, eggs together until most all lumps are gone (don't over mix)
Pour on top of beef and cheese in pie plate.
Bake in 400 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes until top is golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
I have added peas on top of the beef before adding the cheese layer. It's optional (or any other veggie I guess you'd like)
