Primitive dolls
These are a few of the primitive dolls I've made. I do it mainly for pastime, but i do sell a few at a local shop. I like to tea and coffee dye the materials, and I make a lot of the little accessories. I use sticks, clay, twine, and all manner of funny stuff for hair, but i don't put faces on them.
This is Nutmeg, a gingerbread doll. She has a gingerbread man in her arms, and dough for hair.
This is Esther. She has a wool rabbit. Her hair is made of sisal twine, and her apron is an old cloth napkin.
This is Beatrice. She has a beehive in her hand, bee-printed apron, and a few bees in her stick hair.
This was a little baking doll i made for a church bazaar. I didn't name her. I made all her little breads and things out of that bake-able clay.
