Along Life's Road


What can I do
What can I say
To help a friend
Along the way.

A cheerful smile
A kindly deed
To aid a brother
With his need.

Extend an arm
Lift the load
Share a burden
Along life's road.

There are times
We go astray
And need a hand
To light the way.
